Before Your Appointment

We follow and exceed the regulations set out by the Manitoba Government and the Manitoba Dental Association because your safety and the safety of our team is our top priority. You'll be happy to know our entire team is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 so you can feel safe coming in for your dental appointments.

Before your appointment, check for symptoms by using the Government of Manitoba’s COVID-19 Screening Tool.

Check For Symptoms

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, please notify us as soon as possible. We will happily reschedule your appointment.

At Your Appointment

Wear a mask before and after your appointment. If you do not have one, we will provide one to you.

When you arrive for your appointment, please call the clinic to let us know you’re here at 204-663-6868. Please wait in your car so we can minimize the number of people in the reception area.

Before coming into the clinic reception area, your temperature will be taken with an infrared thermometer.

Hand sanitizer is available at the front door and around the clinic for you to use. Feel free to ask for more if you need it.

We follow recommended social distancing throughout the clinic to help contain the spread of COVID-19.

Before seeing your dentist and getting treatment, you’ll be asked to rinse out your mouth with an iodine-based mouth rinse which will kill any lingering virus particles.

Extra Steps For Your Safety

We go above and beyond what is regulated by the Government of Manitoba and the Manitoba Dental Association. We regularly wipe down all high-touch areas, and after each patient, we change our personal protective equipment and sanitize the dental chair area. In addition to these and other standard sterilization procedures, we use more tools to keep you and your family safe.

Can’t make it in to see your dentist or don’t feel comfortable coming into the clinic? Book a virtual consultation with your dentist and talk to them through video conferencing or on the phone.

After hours, we fog the entire clinic with hypochlorous acid. This fine mist kills virus particles in the air and hard to reach places.

We’ve installed multiple HEPA filter air purifiers around the clinic to trap harmful particles from the air.
